AZM may refuse toll payment, purchase or surcharge of AZM card and TICKET 40, banknotes in denominations of EUR 200,00 and EUR 500,00.
In case of doubt about the correctness of banknotes with which the user pays tolls or purchases, or tops up the AZM card or TICKET 40, AZM reserves the right to request access to the official identification document and collect personal data of the user, all in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Vat is included in the price.
When leaving the vehicle and moving around the toll plaza, users are obliged to wear a reflective vest, and move on marked footpaths.
Input card duration
1 hour for section – NP Krapina <-> NP Začretje
1 hour for the section – NP Krapina <-> NP Đurmanec
1 hour for section – NP Začretje <-> NP Đurmanec
24 hours – for all other sections
10 minutes – U-turn at any toll plaza
MISUSE OF ENTRY CARD
Double toll amount will be charged to vehicles:

Cash payment – euros are only possible in manual toll lanes.

AZM smart card
Disability Card only – possible in manual toll lanes
DKV card
INA card
For faster passage of card payments use automatic toll lanes.
R1 invoice – for toll is issued at the request of the user. The request must be submitted to the address of the Operator, EGIS ROAD OPERATION CROATIA d.o.o. with the original toll invoices attached
R1 invoice – for subscription is issued to NP Zaprešić – sales department
AZM Smart Card
I and II group of vehicles – Minimum payment 30,00 €, discount in the amount of 25%.
III and IV vehicle groups – Minimum payment 30,00 €. Discount in the amount of 13% is granted for payments of 250,00 €.
Authorized points of sale are manual toll lanes and a point of sale at the Zaprešić Toll Plaza. The discount is deducted upon payment or surcharge. Deposit when purchasing a new card: 3,00 €. The deposit is refundable upon return of the undamaged card.

Deposit when purchasing a new card: 3,00 €
The deposit is refundable upon return of the undamaged card.
• 40 passes, 40% discount, validity 40 days
• Unused amount on CARD 40 is not returned to the user
• purchase and replenishment at the manual billing passages at the toll plazas Zaprešić, Mokrice, Sv. Križ Začretje, Krapina and Đurmanec depending on the section for which it is purchased
• card 40 can be purchased and supplemented at the Zaprešić point of sale for all listed shares

MON – Wed – FRI from 07.00 to 15.00 (break from 11.00 – 11.30)
TUE – THU from 10:00 to 18:00 (break from 13:00 – 13:30)
Toll exemption
The following categories of users are exempt from tollpayment:
- persons with physical impairment that results in incapacity of the lower extremities 80% or more and HRVI with 100% physical impairment and persons who have been found to have physical visual impairment of 100% based on disability Smart card
- vehicles of the ambulance service, medical transport (health centers), fire service, interior and military police
- vehicles of the Ministry of Interior and military police using blue lights to ensure the passage of one or a column of vehicles moving behind it
- personal cars used by judges and state attorneys for investigations related to criminal offenses, official vehicles of authorized customs officers, vehicles of the Mountain Rescue Service and vehicles of the ministry responsible for justice affairs transporting arrested or convicted persons
- in accordance with the agreements concluded by the Government of the Republic of Croatia with international institutions (EUFOR)
- other vehicles based on the authorization/licence issued by the Management Board of AZM d.o.o.
